Vendor Registration Information

1.   Electrical outlets are limited.  Please request outlets on your registration form.  They are typically only available at certain wall locations and will be offered first-come first-served. 
2.  As in years past, food will be available for purchase during the day at our diner.   The menu and order forms will be available the day of the sale and in your welcome packet available in early October.

3.  All crafters/vendors must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement and a MN Department of Revenue ST19 form (attached) at the time of registration.
4.  You will receive an email in May indicating acceptance of your application. Applications and fees received after all spaces are filled will be returned.
5.  The table rental fee is $15 per table. There is a limit of one table per vendor.
6.  FORMS: There are separate registration fees for vendors selling handmade items and vendors who sell products (e.g. Mary Kay, Tastefully Simple).  Please choose the registration information that fits the majority of your items.
6.  Registration fees for handmade item vendors are: $50 first space; $60 for 1 additional space. Registration fees for non-handmade item vendors are: $60 for the first space; $75 for 1 additional space.  (All spaces are approximately 6’-8’ wide and include 1 chair.)  PLEASE NOTE: There is a maximum of 2 spaces per vendor.
7.  Set up times will be Friday from 5:30 - 7:30p.m. and Saturday from 7:30 - 8:30a.m. Please use our West entrance to unload your items. We will have volunteers to help you there, and our preschool uses the East entrance.
8.  There is a space on the registration form for requests to have your booth be located near a specific vendor and we will do our best to accommodate these requests.
9.  Displays must be set up by 8:30 a.m. on the day of the event and must remain up until 3:00 p.m.  No early take down is allowed and vendors who do not remain open until the end of the event may not be asked to return in the future.
10.  The Craft Fair Committee will limit the percentage of vendors selling non-handmade products and/or services (e.g. Mary Kay, Origami Owl, etc.)
11.  We are not able to honor requests for placement in the exact same booth space from year-to-year.  Many things impact layout decisions.

Usage and Hold Harmless Agreement

I/We the undersigned authorized representatives(s) of the organization listed above of the city and state listed above, shall be using the building and grounds of Grace Lutheran Church from November 8 to November 9, 2024, for the purpose of displaying and selling crafts in the course of the Grace Lutheran Church Lefse Sale & Holiday Boutique, herein referred to as “the activity”.
I/We understand and agree that neither Grace Lutheran Church, nor its trustees, representatives, employees, or agents may be held liable in any way for an occurrence in connection with the activity, including set-up and removal of display, which may result in injury, harm, theft, or other damages to the undersigned or members of our organization and guests, invited or not.
As part of the consideration for being allowed to use your facility, building and grounds as well as all appliances and fixtures in the activity, I/we hereby assume all risk in connection with participation in the activity. I/We further release Grace Lutheran Church, its trustees, employees, agents, or representatives for any damages which may occur while participating in the activity. I/We further agree to save and hold harmless Grace Lutheran Church, its trustees, employees, agents, or representatives from any claim by the undersigned member of the Organization, their estates heirs, or assigns arising out of or participation in any form or fashion in the activity. I/We also authorize Grace Lutheran Church, its employees or agents to render or obtain such emergency medical care or treatment as may be necessary should any injury, harm, or accident occur while participating in the activity.
I/We further state that I/we are authorized to sign this agreement; that I/we understand the terms herein are contractual and not mere recital; and that I/we have signed this document of my/our own free act and volition. I/We further state and acknowledge that I/we have fully informed ourselves of the content of this affirmation and release by reading it before I/we signed it.
