Vendor Registration Information
We do tend to fill up well in advance of the event so early registration is recommended.
Booth Spaces
The cost for handmade items is $50.
The cost for non-handmade items (e.g. Mary Kay, Tastefully Simple) is $60.
All booth spaces have been standardized to a 6-foot by 8-foot boundary, and each will be designated with floor markings. We ask that you respect the other vendors in your area by adhering to this configuration.
We encourage vendors to bring their own tables. We limit the number of tables you can rent to one as Grace has a limited number of tables available. The rental fee is $15 per table and the table size will be either 6' or 8' based upon availability.
Set-Up
Set up is from 4:30-6:30p the night before the event, and from 7:00-8:30a on the day of the event.
WiFi and Electricity
There is WiFi available on site.
There are a limited number of booth spaces that are located near electrical outlets throughout the event space, but access must be requested on your registration form, and you will need to bring an extension cord.
Food
We have a diner serving lunch and a light breakfast the day of the event. Registered vendors will receive a menu in advance so they can plan for meals.

It is mandatory for us to have a form from every vendor before participation in the Holiday Boutique is allowed. If you are not required to have a state ID #, we need a written statement from you. See page 2 of form ST19 for more details.

ST19 FAQs
Usage and Hold Harmless Agreement
I/We the undersigned authorized representatives(s) of the organization listed above of the city and state listed above, shall be using the building and grounds of Grace Lutheran Church from November 6 to November 7, 2026, for the purpose of displaying and selling crafts in the course of the Grace Lutheran Church Lefse Sale & Holiday Boutique, herein referred to as “the activity”.
I/We understand and agree that neither Grace Lutheran Church, nor its trustees, representatives, employees, or agents may be held liable in any way for an occurrence in connection with the activity, including set-up and removal of display, which may result in injury, harm, theft, or other damages to the undersigned or members of our organization and guests, invited or not.
As part of the consideration for being allowed to use your facility, building and grounds as well as all appliances and fixtures in the activity, I/we hereby assume all risk in connection with participation in the activity. I/We further release Grace Lutheran Church, its trustees, employees, agents, or representatives for any damages which may occur while participating in the activity. I/We further agree to save and hold harmless Grace Lutheran Church, its trustees, employees, agents, or representatives from any claim by the undersigned member of the Organization, their estates heirs, or assigns arising out of or participation in any form or fashion in the activity. I/We also authorize Grace Lutheran Church, its employees or agents to render or obtain such emergency medical care or treatment as may be necessary should any injury, harm, or accident occur while participating in the activity.
I/We further state that I/we are authorized to sign this agreement; that I/we understand the terms herein are contractual and not mere recital; and that I/we have signed this document of my/our own free act and volition. I/We further state and acknowledge that I/we have fully informed ourselves of the content of this affirmation and release by reading it before I/we signed it.
